OPEN PRACTICE
Facilitated by Emily Alden
A space to stretch, to improv, to ‘be’ physically in a space just for you and your body. To be curious about where your body is at, to let loose and move freely, to work quietly with purpose. Bring headphones and your own sound, or use the playlist created by Emily to groove and move with.
This space is yours to reconnect with yourself and others. A physical meeting place to indulge and to sweat, to breathe and move with no expectations other than to nourish yourself with what you need right now.
Inspired by the Open Practice sessions at Wainsgate Dances, which moved online during lockdown, facilitated by Charlie Morrissey, read more HERE
