Emily’s film work includes shorts & promos; a series of independent, intuitively created collaborations with filmmakers as a choreographer, her choreographic eye finding curiosity in the restrictions and freedoms the medium of film creates. 

As a dancer working with the lens as the sole audiences’ eye and the permanence of film capturing the transiency of dance is a driver that also fuels her choreographic ideas. The majority of her film work is mostly shot in the rugged, poetic, vast outdoor locations in the stunning landscapes of Cornwall working with writer and director Brett Harvey (o-region, Kneehigh, Lucasfilm).
