The New Normal #1 Artist Support - Wrestling with Covid-19
For dancers, dance artists, practitioners, choreographers & more. The UK.
- Mid-April 2020 Edition -
Currently, there is a tremendous amount of information online & with the ‘noise’ of the online world getting louder every day, I wanted to put together a collection of links I’ve found to be the most helpful right now to save endless scrolling. It’s a streamlined guide spanning practical, financial, legal & mental health support, information, to help move your practice, classes & ourselves online.
It includes suggestions of how to find a bit of calm in the storm & ways to get your voice heard if the current Government income support isn’t relevant for you right now. The FEU & Equity are currently campaigning to argue the case for those falling through the gaps HERE.
I’ll add more to another blog post as everything moves forward, including some links to more creative & physical ways to connect.Feel free to email me with any other resources you’ve found helpful that I can add to future posts to share. I’m also working on some different ways for us to stay connected, inspired & uplifted in Cornwall, so watch this space.
And from my bunker to yours, stay safe & well & thanks for reading, Emily.
Supported by Hall for Cornwall, as part of the Master Workshop Series #12
